Passport Services
The Branson City Clerk’s office is authorized by the U.S. Department of State to process the DS-11 application.
PLEASE NOTE: We can only process the DS-11 application.
We can provide a DS-82 Renewal application, but you will need to mail the renewal application to the processing center. This form is to be used for adult renewals if you were over the age of 16 when the passport was issued and your passport expired less than 5 years ago.
Applications are accepted by appointment only. Walk-in services may be accommodated as available.

Please bring the following with you to apply for a passport:
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship. Original documents must be submitted with your application. No photocopies will be accepted. (Certified U.S. Birth Certificate, Naturalization Certificate, most recently issued Passport, Consular Report of Birth Abroad)
• Identification. (State Issued I.D. or Driver’s License, Valid Passport or Card, Valid Consular I.D., Valid U.S. Military I.D.)
• Passport Photo. Please bring one color passport photo taken within the last six months. Passport photos can be taken during your appointment for a small fee.
• Payment. Payments to the U.S. Department of State are check or money order only. Payments to the City can be cash or check.

Payments to the U.S. Department of State must be made by check or money order only.
Payments to the City for execution fees can be made via cash or check.
